We are busy fabricating and improving our solar photovoltaic materials.

After we conduct our internal tests and assessments in our laboratory, we will be ready to submit our patented technology for third-party testing. Outside testing is an important milestone in our commercialization plan, as we plan to:

• Share performance data and production costs of our solar modules with partners and future customers;

• Establish manufacturing facilities in North America with locally-sourced precursor materials; and

• Start initial sales.
