Diego Mejía Castro

Former board member and sustainability icon Diego’s life was cut short on August 22, 2020. We mourn his loss. He will be missed dearly. We extend our deepest condolences to his wife, sons, daughter, brother, sister, and the entire family.

Diego was always a champion for environmentalism and sustainability. His impressive business achievements and his guidance as a board member have inspired and supported PI Energy on our path ahead. Words are insufficient to express our feelings about his departure, yet, we will continue to be guided by his example and ideas.

We choose to honor him and his family by moving ahead, as he wished, to complete and commercialize PI Energy’s technology, and to make this earth a better place.
